环氧胶耐温等级和使用寿命

为了便于实际应用，工业上常将绝缘材料分成Y·A·E·B·F·H·C七个耐热等级。他们最高允许工作温度分别为，90°·105°·120°·130°·150°·180°·180°以上，其主要目的是便于电机，电器设计，制造和维修时合理选用。

在一般情况下，所有的绝缘材料，应在耐热等级规定的温度下长期（一般指15~20年）工作，保证电机·电器的绝缘性能可靠，并在运行中不出故障。
